What is the cost of dental care to the school or community
center?
It is absolutely free to the school or community center.
Parents and schools
are not charged or billed for Dental services ever.

Is there an out of pocket expense for parents?
Medicaid covers 100% of the dental services. In the case of uninsured
children, we can tap into grants to cover some of them as well.

Dental Mobile has insurance coverage?
Yes, Dental Mobile has Professional Malpractice Insurance, General
Liability Insurance, and Auto Insurance.
We are happy to report that we have no incident to use them.

What are the dental services provided by Dental Mobile?
With parents permission, and when clinically indicated Dental Mobile
provides exams, x-rays, cleanings, fluoride treatments, sealants,
fillings, pulpotomies, stainless steel crowns, simple extractions, space
maintainers, other clinically indicated procedures as well as oral
hygiene instruction, and patient education.
In cases with extensive dental decay, where all of the needed treatment
can not be completed in a single appointment, a child will be given as
many appointments as necessary to complete the treatment in subsequent
visit of Dental Mobile to school with the comfort of the child in mind.

When and why a specialist referral is done?
Some of children with very extensive dental need or with special
circumstance or both, who may require services beyond what can be
completed in a Dental Mobile referred to specialist. Parents will be
notified and will be kept informed fully.

What is the frequency of Dental Mobile visit to school?
Dental Mobile visits are typically once a month, however we are flexible
and accommodating. We will try to meet the needs of all interested
children in need in a timely mater. We will of course coordinate with
school to achieve that goal. All interested families can participate,
and will be provided for.

What dose the school needs to do?
Dental Mobile is self sufficient operation.
In case of Mobile unit in school, we need forty foot parking
space for our mobile.
In case of portable unit in school, we need small to medium size
room or space (10 by 10).
Our staff will set up and clean up with no help from the school
personal. We will handle all of paper work and communicating with
school and parents so very little human resources are required by the
school.

Is Dental Mobile in Compliance with the
HIPAA,
OSHA, ADA, local,
state, and federal laws, and regulations?
Yes, we meet or exceed them.

How are Dental Mobile staffs credentials?
All Dental Mobile staffs, Dentist, Dental Assistant… are experienced, in
excellent standing, and licensed with state dental boards. In addition
our team members love to work with kids and have been hand picked
because of that.
As part of providing dental care to children, All staffs are
fingerprinted, have passed a state and federal background check.

Dose the school or community center can change or stop the program at
any time without notice?
Yes. A school or community center may change, or stop the program at any
time without notice. Dental Mobile dose not require contract.
